From a picture to real quotes
A redesign is a visual concept — a possible look, not a construction plan or a price. When you like one, Majlisa turns it into a project brief: where you are, roughly how big the room is, what work you want, what stays, your budget range and timeline.
The brief and the chosen image are then frozen. If you keep designing afterwards, nothing changes in what contractors are pricing. We invite up to five vetted contractors who cover your area and trade, and each quotes privately — split into labour, materials, delivery, exclusions, start date and warranty — so you can compare like for like. Sending a brief is free.

Credits

Good to know
- We cover selected Muscat areas first: Al Khuwair, Qurum, Madinat Sultan Qaboos, Al Mouj, Al Ghubra, Bawshar, Al Seeb and Ruwi.
- Quotes in this pilot are for painting, flooring, decorative lighting, furnishing, curtains and cabinet refreshes. You can visualise any room, but full kitchen replacement, waterproofing, structural changes and moved plumbing or wiring need an on-site assessment first.
- Your photos are private to your account. Invited contractors see only your frozen brief — the room photo, the chosen design and your area — never your name or address until you choose to meet them. You can delete everything from Settings at any time.
- Majlisa designs and organises quotes; it is not the contractor and never holds renovation deposits. You agree terms and pay the provider you choose directly.
- Buying credits never signs you up for contractor contact.
